The Pennsylvania Association of Pupil Services Administrators (PAPSA) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization of professional pupil/student services administrators. To promote the importance of recruiting and developing future pupil/ student services educators, PAPSA has developed a scholarship program.

The Pennsylvania Association of Pupil Services Administrators (PAPSA) is pleased to announce a scholarship opportunity for 2025-26 Pennsylvania high school seniors planning to pursue an undergraduate degree in a pupil services related field.


Scholarship Details

Award Amount: $500 per year for up to four (4) consecutive years of undergraduate study

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a current high school senior projected to graduate on or about June 2026
  • Is planning to pursue an undergraduate degree in pupil services (school counseling, school psychology, school social work, special education, or related services/fields)
  • Must possess a minimum GPA of 2.75 for initial acceptance
  • Must successfully achieve a minimum of 12 credits and attain a minimum GPA of 2.5 for each semester 
  • Must maintain enrollment in a qualifying degree program to receive continued annual funding

Important Dates

Application Deadline: March 1, 2026, by 11:59 PM
All applications must be submitted electronically.

Award Notification: March 15, 2026, by 5:00 PM
Recipients will be notified via email.
