Sponsorship Opportunities

PAPSA offers opportunities for sponsorship and advertising at its events and in its publications. The following provides information for prospective sponsors/advertisers.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE:

PAPSA offers a limited number of exhibit tables at our conference, in accordance with the options below for sponsoring or advertising at the conference. Attendance at our conference tends to run between at least 100 and 125 individuals both in person and via virtual means.

Option A: Place an information brochure in each participant’s packet – $275.00
150 copies of the brochure must be received by March 1.

Option B: Full page ad in the conference program – $500.00

Option C: Half-page ad in the conference program – $300.00

Option D: Quarter-page ad in the conference program – $250.00

Option E: Sponsor Conference Speakers– $1,500.00
The sponsor will receive a one-page spread in the conference program (8.5×11 inches in jpeg or png format), will have the opportunity to bring greetings during the conference, and to have an exhibit table during the conference. The sponsor will also receive a full-page ad in the next four (4) newsletters. Electronic copy must be received by due date.

Option F: Sponsor a Luncheon* – $1,500.00
Each luncheon sponsor will receive a one-page spread in the conference program (8.5×11 inches in jpeg or png format), will have the opportunity to bring greetings during the luncheon, and to have an exhibit table during the conference. The sponsor will also receive a full-page ad in the next four (4) newsletters. Electronic copy must be received by due date.

* There are two (2) luncheons; one on Thursday and one on Friday.

Option G: Sponsor the Conference Coffee Breaks – $1,500.00
The sponsor will receive a one (1) page spread in the conference program (8.5×11 inches in jpeg or png format), will have the opportunity to bring greetings during the luncheon, and to have an exhibit table during the conference. The sponsor will also receive a full-page ad in the next four (4) newsletters. Electronic copy must be received by due date.

Option H: Sponsor the President’s Reception – $1,500.00
The sponsor will receive a one-page spread in the conference program (8.5×11 inches in jpeg or png format), will have the opportunity to bring greetings during the reception, and to have an exhibit table during the conference. The sponsor will also receive a full-page ad in the next four (4) newsletters. Electronic copy must be received by due date. The President’s Reception is held on Wednesday following the final session of the afternoon.

Option I: Sponsor the Conference Breakfasts – $1,500.00
The sponsor will receive a one-page spread in the conference program (8.5×11 inches in jpeg or png format), will have the opportunity to bring greetings during the conference, and to have an exhibit table during the conference. The sponsor will also receive a full-page ad in the next four (4) newsletters. Electronic copy must be received by due date.

Option J: Sponsor the Conference A-V Needs – $1,500.00
The sponsor will receive a one-page spread in the conference program (8.5×11 inches in jpeg or png format), will have the opportunity to bring greetings during the conference, and to have an exhibit table during the conference. The sponsor will also receive a full-page ad in the next four (4) newsletters. Electronic copy must be received by due date.

Option K: Sponsor the Printing of the Conference Program and Swag Items– $1,500.00
The sponsor will receive a one-page spread in the conference program (8.5×11 inches in jpeg or png format), will have the opportunity to bring greetings during the conference, and to have an exhibit table during the conference. The sponsor will also receive a full-page ad in the next four (4) newsletters. Electronic copy must be received by due date.

NOTE: All sponsors of Options E to K will also be invited to provide articles for inclusion in newsletters and/or other mass communiques and/or on the PAPSA website.  Those sponsors will also be provided an opportunity to display a company logo to act as a direct link to their website from the PAPSA website.

QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER:

PAPSA provides the following options for advertising in our quarterly newsletter.

Option A: Full-page (8.5×11 inches) – $1,000.00
Submit copy in electronic format. The ad will appear in the next four (4) quarterly newsletters.

Option B: Half-page (8.5×5.5 inches) – $700.00
Submit copy in electronic format. The ad will appear in the next four (4) quarterly newsletters.

Option C: Quarter-page (4.25×5.5 inches) – $350.00
Submit copy in electronic format. The ad will appear in the next four (4) quarterly newsletters.

GENERAL:

  • All copy sizes are approximate and include margins as formatted by the editor.
  • All advertising must be directly relevant to the needs of students and/or educational entities in terms of pupil services responsibilities/programs. PAPSA reserves the right to reject any advertising that, in the opinion of the Executive Director, does not complement PAPSA’s mission and goals.
  • It shall be clearly indicated that the product/service is not endorsed by PAPSA, its officers or staff.
  • Advertisers must include a non-discrimination clause in their materials.
  • Advertising samples will be submitted to the Executive Director for review.
  • Quantities of the advertisement sufficient for all attendees at the annual conference must be provided no less than fifteen (15) days prior to the opening of the conference.
