At its February 6, 2020 meeting, the PAPSA Executive Board approved appointments to fill seats vacated by the resignations of Dr. Cindy Soltys and Dr. Lou Chance.
Dr. Stacey Snyder, Director of Special Education and Student Services at Norwin School District, was approved to fill Dr. Soltys’ seat. Dr. Snyder’s term will run from July, 1, 2020 through June 30, 2024.
The Board also approved Paul Bigham,Ā Director of Student Services at MechanicsburgĀ Area School District, to fill Dr. Chance’s seat. Mr. Bigham’sĀ term will also run from July, 1, 2020 through June 30, 2024.
The PAPSA Executive Board is excited to welcome Dr. Snyder and Mr. Bigham. It is also very grateful for the excellent service provided by Dr. Soltys and Dr. Chance.
