PAPSA member Dr. Leigh Dalton rejoins the Stock and Leader school law group focusing her practice on special education, general school law, and pupil personnel issues. Leigh returns to Stock and Leader after serving as the Director of Legal Services for the Pennsylvania School Boards Association and acting as the Chief of the Special Education Monitoring and Accountability Section at the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE).
