This week (May 4-8, 2020) is National Teacher Appreciation Week, which is a tradition that hearkens back to 1953 when former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt proposed that Congress set aside a day to acknowledge the work of educators. Today, May 5th, is National Teacher Appreciation Day.
In the areas involved in the delivery of pupil services, teachers are integrally important and PAPSA recognizes their invaluable contributions. To access the National Teacher Appreciation Week Toolkit, please visit: http://www.nea.org/grants/teacher-day-toolkit.html
