At its 2022 Annual Conference, PAPSA held its annual election of officers. This year’s winners are Matt Ammons, President-elect, and Marialena Casciotta, Treasurer. Their terms will begin on July 1, 2022 and will run through June 30, 2024.

Matt is the Director of Pupil Services for the Hamburg Area School District and Marialena is the Director of Pupil Services at the East Stroudsburg Area School District.

Congratulations to both Matt and Marialena! 

​In addition, at its April 6, 2022 meeting, the PAPSA Execuitve Board appointed Tammy Wood-Moghal and Richard Regelski to director seats. Tammy is the Supervisor of Pupil Services for the Bensalem Township School District and Richard is the Director of Special Education at the Franklin Regional School District. Their terms will begin on July 1, 2022 and will run through June 30, 2026.
