At its February 6, 2020 meeting, as per organizational bylaws Dr. Christopher Pugliese has been appointed by the PAPSA Executive Board. He fills the open position of President-elect created when Dr. Janilyn Elias moved into the presidency to complete that unexpired term. Dr. Pugliese thus relinquishes his Executive Board seat and will complete Dr. Elias’ term as President-elect, which expires June 30, 2021.

Dr. Pugliese is the Director of Pupil Services for the Upper Darby School District.
